【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsrelatingtothedesignandconstructionofmulti-rollcalendersintendedfortheprocessingofrubberorplastics.Thisstandardconcernsthecalenderalone.includingallcomponentsfixedtoitsframe.AnnexAshowsexamplesofvarioustypesofcalendersandannexBshowsexamplesofcalenderingprocesses.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-two-rollcalendersforminganintegralunitwithanextruder(rollerhead);-twoorthree-rollpolishing,laminatingorembossingunits(whicharenotcalenders)installeddownstreamofextrudersinfilmprocessinglines.Thisstandarddealswiththesignificanthazardslistedinclause4.Thefollowinghazardsarenotdealtwith:-hazardsgeneratedbythematerialsbeingprocessed(seeinformativeannexC);-hazardsgeneratedbytheprocessingofexplosivematerials,ormaterialswhichgiverisetoanexplosiveatmosphere;-firehazardsduetoignitionofflammablematerialsbycontactwithhotpartsofthecalender(e.g.incaseofoilleakage);-hazardsduetoelectromagnetic,laserorionisingradiation;-hazardsgeneratedifthecalenderisinstalledinanexplosiveatmosphere.ThisstandardappliestomachinerymanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisstandardbyCEN.

【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversathermoplasticjacketingcompoundfor2to35kVwireandcable,ofatleast0.030in.(0.76mm)nominalthickness,consistingsubstantiallyofpigmentedpolyethylene.Inmanyinstancesthejacketmaterialcannotbetestedunlessithasbeenformedaroundaconductororcable.Therefore,testsdoneonjacketedwireandcableinthisspecificationaresolelytodeterminetherelevantpropertyofthejacketmaterialandnottotestthejacketedconductororcompletedcable.Whenevertwosetsofvaluesarepresented,indifferentunits,thevaluesinthefirstsetarethestandard,whilethoseinparenthesesareforinformationonly.
