【摘要】:1.1ThisguidecoverstheestablishmentanduseofanASTMevaluatednucleardatacrosssectionanduncertaintyfileforanalysisofsingleormultiplesensormeasurementsinneutronfieldsrelatedtoLWR-PressureVesselSurveillance(PVS).Thesefieldsincludein-andex-vesselsurveillancepositionsinoperatingpowerreactors,benchmarkfields,andreactortestregions.1.2RequirementsforestablishmentofASTM-approvedcrosssectionfilesaddressdataformat,evaluationrequirements,validationinbenchmarkfields,evaluationoferrorestimates(covariancefile),anddocumentation.AfurtherrequirementforcomponentsoftheASTM-approvedcrosssectionfileistheirinternalconsistencywhencombinedwithsensormeasurementsandusedtodetermineaneutronspectrum.1.3Specificationsforuseincludeenergyregionofapplicability,dataprocessingrequirements,andapplicationofuncertainties.1.4ThisguideisdirectlyrelatedtoandshouldbeusedprimarilyinconjunctionwithGuidesE482andE944,andPracticesE560,E185,andE693.1.5TheASTMcrosssectionanduncertaintyfilerepresentsagenerallyavailabledatasetforuseinsensorsetanalysis.However,theavailabilityofthisdatasetdoesnotprecludetheuseofothervalidateddata,eitherproprietaryornonproprietary.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
