【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271appliestothree-poleunitsforpublicandindustrialdistributionsystemswhicharefunctionalassembliesofswitchesincludingswitch-disconnectorsandcurrent-limitingfusesdesignedsoastobecapableof-breaking,attheratedrecoveryvoltage,anycurrentuptoandincludingtheratedshort-circuitbreakingcurrent,-making,attheratedvoltage,circuitstowhichtheratedshort-circuitbreakingcurrentapplies.Itdoesnotapplytofuse-circuit-breakers,fuse-contactors,combinationsformotor-circuitsortocombinationsincorporatingsinglecapacitorbankswitches.Inthisstandard,theword"combination"isusedforcombinationinwhichthecomponentsconstituteafunctionalassembly.Eachassociationofagiventypeofswitchandagiventypeoffusedefinesonetypeofcombination.Inpractice,differenttypesoffusesmaybecombinedwithonetypeofswitch,whichgivesseveralcombinationswithdifferentcharacteristics,inparticularconcerningtheratedcurrents.Moreover,formaintenancepurposes,theusershouldknowthetypesoffusesthatcanbeassociatedtoagivenswitchwithoutimpairingcompliancetothestandard,andthecorrespondingcharacteristicsoftheso-madecombination.Aswitch-fusecombinationisthendefinedbyitstypedesignationandalistofselectedfusesisdefinedbythemanufacturer,theso-called"referencelistoffuses".Compliancewiththisstandardofagivencombinationmeansthateverycombinationusingoneoftheselectedfusesisproventobeincompliancewiththisstandard.Thefusesareincorporatedinordertoextendtheshort-circuitbreakingratingofthecombinationbeyondthatoftheswitchalone.Theyarefittedwithstrikersinorderbothtoopenautomaticallyallthreepolesoftheswitchontheoperationofafuseandtoachieveacorrectoperationatvaluesoffaultcurrentabovetheminimummeltingcurrentbutbelowtheminimumbreakingcurrentofthefuses.Inadditiontothefusestrikers,thecombinationmaybefittedwitheitheranover-currentreleaseorashuntrelease.NOTEInthisstandardtheterm"fuse"isusedtodesignateeitherthefuseorthefuse-linkwherethegeneralmeaningofthetextdoesnotresultinambiguity.Thisstandardappliestocombinationsdesignedwithratedvoltagesabove1kVuptoandincluding52kVforuseonthree-phasealternatingcurrentsystemsofeither50Hzor60Hz.FusesarecoveredbyIEC60282-1.Switches,includingtheirspecificmechanism,shouldbeinaccordancewithIEC60265-1exceptfortheshort-timecurrentandshort-circuitmakingrequirementswherethecurrent-limitingeffectsofthefusesaretakenintoaccount.EarthingswitchesforminganintegralpartofacombinationarecoveredbyIEC62271-102.

【摘要】:Thearchitectureofaninformationandcontrolsystemmergeshardwareandsoftwareconsiderationsintoacoordinatedandintegratedsystemview.Thesystemarchitectureisahighlevelabstraction,ormodel,ofthesystem.Asystemarchitectureshouldembracebothtoday'sapplicationsandtheapplicationsthatareexpectedfnthefuture.Architecturebeginswiththedefinitionoftheconceptualservices(e.g.Part1-TICSfundamentalservices).Thereareseveralidentifiablestagesofsystemarchitecturedevelopment:—1.Referencearchitecture—2.Logicalarchitecture—3.PhysicalarchitectureAreferencearchitectureisthefirstofallarchitectures.Itisaconcisegenericframeworkwhichguidesthedevelopmentofmoreconcretesystemarchitectures.Itislargeenoughthatdistinctconceptsarenotmergedoutofnecessityandsmallenoughthatitdoesnotbecomeunwieldy.AmostsignificantexampleofareferencearchitectureininformationsystemsistheReferenceModelofOpenSystemsInterconnection(oftencalledthesevenlayermodel)developedbyISOinthe1970's.Thismodelhasunderpinnedthedevelopmentofallmoderncomputernetworks,allowingservicessuchasglobalnetworking,ofwhichtheprimeexampleistheInternet,tobecomeareality.Areferencearchitectureisgenericandnon-prescriptiveandcapturestheconceptsofthesystem.Alogicalarchitectureelaboratestheconceptualbehaviour,andinsodoingitprovidesmoredetailaboutthemodularity.Aphysicalarchitectureisreachedwhentheactualdistributionofthesystemmodulesisdefined,thusleadingtoimportantimplicationsforcommunications.Thereisnofirmdemarcationbetweenareferencearchitectureandalogicalarchitecture.Thustheessenceofbehaviourandmodularityispresentinareferencearchitecture.TheTICSReferenceArchitecturedevelopedbyWG1showsimportantinter-relationshipsthatariseintheprovisionoftheservicesofthesector.HowevertheTICSReferenceArchitectureismoreabstractthan,forexample,thelogicalarchitectureoftheUSNationalArchitecture.ItisenvisionedthattheTICSReferenceArchitecturewillbeusedbytheTC204WorkingGroupstodeveloptheirownlogicalandphysicalarchitecturesinacohesivemanner.SomeTICSFundamentalServicesarealreadywelldevelopedbytheindustry,whileothersarelessmature.ThereforetheTICSReferenceArchitecturedoesnothaveauniformgranularityacrossallservices.Thischaracteristicisadirectresultoftheforementionedrequirementthatarchitectureembracetheapplicationsthatareintendedinthefuture.Thissuggestsoneofthewaysinwhichthearchitecturewillundergochangeinthefuture.Architecturesmaypresentonlystaticcharacteristicsorbothstaticanddynamiccharacteristics.Dynamiccharacteristicsmaybeseenasbelongingsolelytothedesign/implementationstagesofsystemdevelopment.Howeverbyincludingdynamiccharacteristicsatthereferencearchitecturestageonegainsimportantinsightsintothestaticarchitecture.Thustwoorthogonalviewsofarchitecturearepresented:—1.staticrelationshipview(classdiagram)—2.dynamicinteractiveview(sequencediagram)ThispartofISO/TR14813developsacorereferencearchitecture.ThestaticscopeisdeterminedbyderivingthesystemboundaryandtheusecasesfromananalysisoftheTICSfundamentalservices(part1ofISO/TR14813).TheCoreReferenceArchitectureisareferenceforthedevelopmentofnationalarchitectures.Part3ofISO/TR14813elaboratesthecorereferencearchitecturebyrefinementoftwoorthogonalviews.TheelaborationcallsupondomainexpertisethatwouldbeprovidedbyotherTC204WorkingGroupsinthedevelopmentofISOstandardsorbynationalgroupsdevelopingnationalarchitecturesandstandards.Thecorereferencearchitectureisdescribedinclauses5to8.Clause5introducesthearchitectureatahighlyabstractl
