【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformanceofgypsumfibreboardsintendedtobeusedinbuildingconstructionworksincludingthoseintendedforsecondarymanufacturingoperations.Itincludesboardsdesignedtoreceiveeitherdirectsurfacedecorationorgypsumplaster.Gypsumfibreboardsareselectedforuseaccordingtotheirtype,size,thicknessandedgeprofile.Theboardsmaybeusedforexample,toprovidedryliningfinishestowalls,tofixedandsuspendedceilings,topartitions,orascladdingtostructuralcolumnsandbeams.Otherusesmaybeforfloorsandsheathingapplications.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversthefollowingproductperformancecharacteristics:reactiontofire,watervapourpermeability,flexuralstrength,andthermalresistance.Thefollowingperformancecharacteristicsarelinkedtosystemsassembledwithgypsumfibreboards:shearstrength,fireresistance,impactresistance,directairbornesoundinsulation,acousticabsorption.Ifrequired,testshavetobedoneaccordingtothecorrespondingEuropeantestmethodsonassembledsystemssimulatingtheenduseconditions.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoversadditionaltechnicalcharacteristicsthatareofimportancefortheuseandacceptanceoftheproductandthereferencetestsforthesecharacteristics.ItprovidesforevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEN.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovergypsumfibreboardsthathavebeensubjecttoanysecondarymanufacturingoperations(e.g.insulatingcompositepanels,boardswiththinlaminationetc.).ProductscoveredbyEN520orEN13815areexcluded.
